How do I view notices and reminders that were issued over 7 days ago?
You can search for these from the ‘At a Glance’ page, under ‘Notice Summary’, by selecting the type of notice you are looking for. (If you are an agent you will need to select your client first). This provides you with a search function, enabling you to search using either a date range or, if you know which employee a notice is for, by using their National Insurance Number.
