How do i view my Notes Calendar Import calendar on my Monash provided Blackberry?
When users migrate to Google, all Lotus Notes Calendar events will be migrated to a secondary calendar in Google called ‘Notes Calendar Import’. However, for Monash provided Blackberry phones, the ‘Notes Calendar Import’ calendar does not appear in the Blackberry Calendar. Staff are advised to enable one of the following workarounds on their device, to be able to view events. Please be advised, it takes up to 15 minutes to enable a sync between Blackberry and Google Calendar: • Set up Email or SMS reminder notifications to be sent to the device, at a specified time before the event OR • Import your ‘Notes Calendar Import’ calendar into your Primary Calendar within Google. However, please keep in mind that none of the migrated entries will behave as ‘live’ calendar events; ie if you update or delete these meetings, a notification will not be sent to others involved in the meeting.
