Visit My Account and sign on with your master Username or Email and Password. If prompted with the Account Security Question, type in the answer. In the Price Plan section, click the Manage My Premium Services link and then select LifeLock from the drop-down menu to manage your billing information/history. For questions regarding your billing information, you can contact us at 1-866-485-9217 between 8AM and 1AM EST, Monday through Friday, and between 8AM and 10PM EST on Saturday.
