How do I view details of all regular payments on a particular account?
• Select ‘regular payments’ from the menu bar on the left of the screen. • A list of active regular payments is displayed. Below the table is a section ‘All regular payments’ with a drop down list of your Online Banking Accounts. • Select the Account you wish to view, and select ‘go’. • The next screen lists all the regular payments associated with the selected Account, detailing if they are Active, Cancelled or Expired. If you have more than 10 regular payments linked to the Account, a ‘view more’ link appears. By selecting this link a full list of regular payments will be displayed. • A list of active regular payments is presented to you in a table. Click on ‘more info’ and all the details of the regular payment will be presented to you.
