HOW DO I VIEW CONTACTS ENTERED IN GOLDMINE FROM LAST WEEK?
It is possible to view all of the new contacts entered into your GoldMine Database during a specific time period. Within the Summary tab of each contact record, the field “createon” contains the actual date that the contact record was entered. Out of the box, every GoldMine contact record has this field. To isolate contact records that were created during a specific time period, you need to build a filter using the createon field. For example, if you want all contacts created during the last week of March, you could build your filter with: Createon is greater than “3/26/2001” AND Createon is less than “3/30/2001”. If you use the build tab to build it, the dbase expression created will be: DtoS(contact1->createon) > “20010326” .AND.
