How do I view another persons calendar/agenda in Outlook Calendar?
• Click the File menu, select Open, and click Other Users Folder. • Choose Calendar from the Folder pull-down menu. • Click the New button to search for the employee whose agenda you would like to view. • Click the OK button. • You should now be able to view the employees agenda. If not, the particular employee may have his/her access rights set up where others are unable to view his/her agenda. Since this is the default option, may run in to this problem frequently.
