How do I view an unofficial transcript of my Web-based training (WBT) and Web-conference training (WCT) from the My Training page?
Select the hyperlink at the top of your My Training page entitled Unofficial Transcript. Selecting this hyperlink will direct you to the Unofficial Transcript portion of the web page. From here, you should be able to easily locate the buttons that say View Unofficial Transcript and Download Unofficial Transcript. If you prefer to view your unofficial transcript in an Internet window without downloading the unofficial transcript to your computer, select View Unofficial Transcript. Your unofficial transcript will be displayed in a new window. From here, you are also able to print your unofficial transcript. To go back to your My Training page, simply close the window. If you prefer to download your unofficial transcript, select Download Unofficial Transcript. The unofficial transcript will be downloaded to your computer.
