How do I verify other users settings on the new Business Online Banking system?
Due to our security measures to protect your privacy, we cannot access your account set-up to review or make changes to any of your settings. Therefore, as the administrator of your Business Online Banking account, you will need to verify any other users’ settings. You can access the settings by clicking on the Business Online Banking tab in the new Business Online Banking account and selecting the User option. After you verify the settings, you will need to provide users with their new online banking ID and password.
