How do I verify a persons license number and/or current status with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy?
Requests for verification of license or registration may be submitted in writing to our office or you may call for verbal verification. We ask that you do not ask for verification on more than five licenses or registrations per telephone contact. Written requests may be submitted via fax, mail, or E-mail to Charity Harman.
