How do I verify a manufacturers reputation for building dependable trailers?
Reputation usually comes from the market’s perception built over a number of years and from a consumer’s personal experience with the manufacturer’s product. It can also be built to some extent with strong marketing campaigns. Concentrate your research with actual consumer experience with the product. This is easy to say but not so easy to do. Alternatively, look at the number of year’s experience the manufacturer has in building trailers, the warranty offered, the dealership reputation, the resale value of their used trailers compared with other brands, etc.
