To open it, the general suggestion is to rename the file to a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file, and then when opening it and asked about the separator, selecte Tab. To save it, you Save As a “Text CSV”, and when asked for a Field Delimiter, select {Tab}, instead of “,”.
