Simply remove the safety cap and clip, then hold it with your thumb at the bottom of the bottle and the nozzle between your fingers. Next, prime the pump by depressing it several times. Place the tip of the nozzle just past your nasal opening (approximately 1/8″). Pump two or three times into each nostril without tilting your head. Finally, sniff deeply. Do not exceed two doses per 24 hour period. Wipe the nozzle clean after use.
