Once you activate the Visa prepaid payment functionality and load your Student Campus Card, you can use your card for ATM cash withdrawals as long as the card is valid and you have sufficient available funds. Simply insert your card at ATMs that display the Visa symbol and follow the prompts. There is no ANZ fee for using an ANZ ATM in Australia. For non-ANZ ATMs in Australia, the ATM owner may charge a fee. For overseas ATMs a fee of $5 applies in addition to any fee charged by the ATM owner.
