How do I use the “To” field of the BIS Ascent Xtrata Pro plug-in to define the recipients email address or fax number?
A special field named ACCRecipient is linked to the “To” field in the Business Interaction Server – Notification window of the Ascent Xtrata Pro Validation Add-in. In order for Business Interaction Server to use the information given in the “To” field, you must create the field ACCRecipient in Kofax Template Designer and associate it with either an email address or fax number. If you also want to use the Release Script, be sure to assign the Address type Email address or Fax number to ACCRecipient and to correspondingly change the Address type of either BIS_Email1 or BIS_Fax1 to Second email address or Second fax number.
