How do I use the theme CSS and adjust the colors and layout?

The scriptcalendar layout and colors are controlled almost entirely from the cascading style sheet. The different style sheets and their corresponding IFrame source HTML reside in the various theme directories. Basically, the HTML page just includes the necessary javascript components and renders the calendar using class names from the CSS file. You are free to edit the CSS files as you see fit. The class names (and their uses) in the CSS file are defined below.
