How Do I Use the Super Macro Function on Olympus Stylus 1010?
The Olympus Stylus 1010 has several features that allow photographers to take many different types of photographs. Like most digital cameras, the Olympus Stylus 1010 has a macro mode to take clear pictures of small objects at a close distance. In addition to the macro mode, the Olympus Stylus 1010 has a super macro mode that allows you to shoot pictures of small objects that are less than an inch away from the lens. Press the left directional button on the back of the Olympus Stylus 1010 twice. A flower symbol with the letter “S” will appear on the LCD screen. The camera must be in a still image shooting mode in order to use the super macro mode. Push the “OK/FUNC” button to set the super macro mode. The “OK/FUNC” button is located in the middle of the directional buttons. Position the camera within about 2 feet of the subject and frame the shot using the LCD screen.
