How do I use the steam method of sterilising?
Products which are marked as safe for microwave steam sterilisation – steam sterilise for 4 minutes maximum with 200 ml of water, in ovens up to 1100 watts. For ovens of higher wattage reduce steam time accordingly. Place paper towel on turntable so that steriliser does not make direct contact with glass. This avoids direct heat transfer and possible burning the base.
