Once you have typed your email message and are ready to send it, you can use the spell-check to ensure there are no spelling or typographical errors in your message. • With an open email message, click Spell Check. The window refreshes, and the message is displayed again. • If the spell-checker finds a word it considers misspelled, it stops at that word and highlights it in red. In the Other Suggestions text box, a list of suggested words and spellings is displayed. If there are no spelling errors, the following message is displayed on the Compose Message page: “Spell Checking done.
