Users may access their Mobile MyAccount website by going to http://m.managedoffsitebackup.net/YOUR-ENTITY-NAME-HERE/Default.aspx. From here, log in and click on Search. A new page loads with an empty field and a Search button. Type in the file you are looking for and click Search. Files matching that name or extension will appear. Clicking on the file will send the user to a new page with Sharing and Downloading options.
