How do I use the sample patient postcard included in my DentistCheckup Welcome Packet?
Included in the Welcome Packet is a sample mailer for patients that any printer can produce for you. If you are not printing a significant amount, consider a local quick-print service. We provide an electronic version of the postcards free of charge to members of DentistCheckup. Simply log on as if to view your reports. Next to your reports is a folder called Program Materials. Included in this folder is a PDF file of the postcards. (Note that you cannot make any changes to this file.) Download and send your printer the PDF file, along with an electronic file of your logo or dental office name. You will ask your printer to place your logo/office name in the area on the mailer designated for this information. Instruct your printer to use card stock and to print 2-up so each 8½ x 11-inch sheet produces two 8½ × 5½-inch postcards. Make certain they cut the sheets in half. Your postcards are ready to mail to your patients.
