How do I use the Qtask spell checker?
The Qtask spell checker can be used to check your spelling each time you post a new chat message, create a Project or Task or edit a Project or Task. When you want to check your spelling, click the “Spell” link found on each page that has text entry. Each time the spell checker runs across a word that it does not recognize, it will stop and give you a list of possible replacements and a thesaurus list of synonyms. An unrecognized word does not necessarily mean that it has been misspelled. It could be a personal name or an uncommon abbreviation. At this time you can choose one of the following options: • Refresh – Rechecks the text from the beginning. • Replace – Replaces the unrecognized word with the word you highlight in the replacement or thesaurus list. • Ignore – Ignores the unrecognized word once. • Replace All – Replaces all matching unrecognized words in the text with the word you highlight in the replacement or thesaurus list. • Ignore All – Ignores all matching unrecognized w
