General UsePower the Polaroid a520 on by pressing the small circular button on top of the camera. Once powered on, the camera is ready to take pictures. You can capture a photo by pressing down the long rectangular shutter button on top of the camera.Movie ModeTurn the switch at the top of the Polaroid a520 to the picture of a video camera in order to record a video rather than take still pictures.
