How do I use the one time Authentication Code sent via email?
When you get to the Multi-Factor Security logon page, you will see a link that says “Please send me a one time security code via email”. By “one time” it means that the code sent to you can only be used during this session of attempting to login into ViaConnect, and it does not mean that you can only use this option one time. After you click on this link, an email will be sent to the email address you provided during the Multi-Factor registration. It will also take you to a page that says “An email has been sent to your registered email address. Please keep this window open and type in the authentication code found in your email”. This is very important, do not close this browser window or use this browser to go to your email. You must open up a new browser window, or however you receive your emails, to get the email that is sent to you.
