How do I use the jirc java chat client?
From the main chat page, click on the Join Epilogue Chat button. The chat room will load in a pop up window. Enter your name and a nickname. Then, simply type your message in the text area and press Enter/Return to submit. You can private chat with other people by double clicking on their name in the user list. *Note that opening a private window just to say something that could be said in the public channel, such as a greeting, can annoy people.
