How do I use the HypnoDreams?
HypnoDreams are INTERACTIVE hypnosis – this means that they don’t necessary “knock you unconscious”, but that YOU have a lot of say in how far you want to go, or how deep. If you choose a really comfortable, protective setting with quality headphones, where you can let go and really flow with the experiences without disruptions, they are experiences very reminiscent of a “lucid dream”, which is what gives our HypnoDreams their title. Especially when you play more than just one, each subsequent HypnoDream starts then from a “deeper” platform and goes from there – this is a really fascinating effect of clearer and higher trance lucidity especially with the HypnoDreams albums. The unique and fascinating difference with HypnoDreams and HypnoSolutions is that you can also “do them standing up”.
