Hi,y You probably mean Propylene Glycol. It’s a solution used as an antifreezer (or de-icing) and as the fluid of some hydraulic brake units. Normaly, if carfully treated no specific problems are encountered with that material. However, if exposed to large amounts it can damage the: Kidneys, nervous system, lungs and heart. It all depends on: the dose, the duration, how were the person exposed to, and what other chemical were present. Sure it’s hazareouse to drink it.
