How do I use the GoldExpress Kit once I receive it?
A. Your kit will arrive at the address you have provided in a normal business envelope. It will come with the following components: • Your custom, bar coded, trackable and insured* Canada XpressPost™ envelope as well as a tracking receipt and our mailing address pre-addressed on the package. • A thick (high quality) padded bag to safely hold your scrap gold items. • A personal letter from us giving you instructions on how to pack your gold items. • An informational payment form for you to fill out and return back to us with your scrap gold All you will need to do is fill out our payment form, put your gold in the padded envelope, place everything into the Canada ExpressPost envelope and put it in the mail! Postage and insurance are pre-paid by us.
