The correct domain setting should be set automatically when you download the Xdrive Desktop software. The domain should always be set to plus.xdrive.com, whether you are an Xdrive Plus subscriber or you are using an Xdrive Free account. Do not enter the name of your local domain in this field. Using the wrong domain entry will prevent you from connecting to your Xdrive.
