How do I use the battery powered hand drill I was given?

Release the drill lock by pressing the button located on the side handle of the drill, which will allow you to pull the trigger. Insert the drill bit on the front rotor of the drill–the metal part that holds the bit and turns both counterclockwise and clockwise–by using the tightening tool that comes with the drill. Hold the drill bit in the rotor’s opening, using the tool to tighten the rotor until it firmly holds the bit.Using the DrillHold the front of the drill firmly against the object being drilled using both hands. The drill bit should touch the object. This will help keep the drill in the same spot and guided during drilling. Pull the trigger three-quarters of the way back. To drill through harder material such as concrete, wood and Plexiglas, pull the trigger all the way back. Pull the drill out of the object, holding down the trigger to prevent the drill bit from getting stuck
