You can use your touch-tone phone to select from the menu options to access your account balance, loan information, investments, and more. The PAS Line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in both English and Spanish. You can also speak with a PAS Representative between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
