How do I use Storad electric storage heaters model SE 252-1?

I have just recently moved into a flat which has Storad electric storage heaters and am not sure how to use them efficiently. They have a dial rom 0-5 on the left hand side which I think is for the convector heater and on the right side two switches. The left one has one dot below it, the right has two dots and inbetween them are three dots. The thing I’m not sure about is how the combination of dots works for charging up the heater and then releasing heat. If anyone can help or e mail me instruction manual I’d be very grateful. Thanks very much.
