How do I use Spellcheck?
Spellcheck is always available in the Compose window and can be set to check the following languages: • English • French • Spanish • Italian • Dutch • German • Brazillian Portuguese To check your spelling • In the drop-down list, choose the language that you are using. • Click Any questionable spelling is highlighted. • Click the highlighted word. A drop-down list appears that contains a list of suggested correctly spelled replacements. • Select the correct replacement option, if required. • Repeat steps 2 to 4 as necessary.
