How Do I Use Speed Dial On My SGH-I617 (BlackJack II)?
Speed dialing allows you to press and hold a key (or keys) to dial the contact phone number associated with those key(s). There are two types of speed dialing on the SGH-I617 (BlackJack II) handset; 1-touch and 2-touch dialing. To use the speed dial feature follow the steps below: 1-touch dialing Call contact phone numbers assigned to speed dial memory locations 002 through 009 by pressing and holding the any of the 2 through 9 keys. For example, to speed dial the number assigned to location 9, press and hold the 9 key until the name and number appear in the display and the number is dialed. 2-touch dialing Call contact phone numbers assigned to speed dial memory locations 010 through 099 by briefly pressing the first key, then pressing and holding the second key. For example, to speed dial the number assigned to location 099, briefly press 9, then press and hold the last 9 key until the name and number appear in the display and the number is dialed.
