Softwrap’s system is designed to work through most firewalls. If you receive an error message when trying to Softwrap an application or when attempting to purchase a Softwrapped application, you may be required to open Ports 9001;9010;9020;9030;9040;9050;9060 on your firewall.

If you are purchasing a title online that has been Softwrapped in an older version of Softwrap you must ensure that ports 9000 ; 9001 ; 9010 ; 9020 ; 9030 ; 9040 are opened on the firewall. If you are unable to open these ports then feel free to purchase the title offline via calling the Softwrap 24/7 Call Center on the numbers in the “Contact us–>” section above. For titles Softwrapped after July 2002 (or in Softwrap v3.5.0 or later releases) the above ports need not be open to effect a purchase.
