Click “Speak to File” button on the tool bar. Choose the Output File Format (.wav or MP3) in Export dialog. Note the default File Output Directory, or use Browse to select another folder if you prefer. Click Ok button and Power Text to Speech Reader will begin reading your articles to the file format you selected. You can close the program screen and let Power Text to Speech Reader work from the Windows tray to convert the files while you do something else. Once the files are converted to .wav or MP3, use the software for your portable player to download the files.
