Power Text to Speech Reader includes toolbars or plugins for Internet Explorer. After installing Power Text to Speech Reader and rebooting, you can display the toolbar by going to View->Toolbars in the browser. Click Speak button,you can listen current web page directly. For other browsers, you need use the clipboard watching.
