How do I use Pitch n Time Pro to convert the frame rate of a file?
Pitch n Time Pro allows you to view the changes you make with a number of different length units, including Feet and Frames. However, if you wish to expand or compress a file to another frame rate, you will need to do a little bit of math. For example; you have a 24 FPS file, which you want to expand to 25 FPS. Divide the target rate (25) by current rate (24), which will give you the ratio required. 25FPS รท 24FPS = 1.04166667 (ratio) Enter this amount into the Target Rate box of the Rate Change panel, then press Process.
