Rt-click the image in your browser, select Copy from the popup menu, open PSP and use Edit… Paste As New Image… to get the image into PSP. Then resample the image (not resize) to 320×200, and save it as a .jpg file. Then open NYC, select a recipe and press the Image toolbar button, and use the file dialog to locate the .jpg file you just created. This will attach the image to the recipe.
