How do I use NLS in iSQL*Plus?

If you are using Internet Explorer 5.x, you could download and install the Asian input package and fonts from the Microsoft web site. Using the Internet Explorer 5.x set up, select the custom installation and then select the country related options. In this case, you can even see and input Asian characters using English NT.
