How do I use NitroTeks Webmail?
Firstly, if you have a POP3 account with NitroTek, you can access your e-mail from any internet computer in the world. Webmail doesn’t work for Alias accounts (contact us to switch from an Alias to a POP3). To access your Webmail account you will need your POP3 username/login and your POP3 password. Note that your username/login looks like your e-mail address, but with a ‘+’ instead of the ‘@’ symbol. Armed with that info, go to http://www.YOURDOMAIN.COM:2095 (yes, that is a colon followed by 2095) and then plug in your username & password. Click on the NeoMail or Horde icon (if it’s your first time, you’ll see a Personal Details page: add your name and click Continue). If you’ve ever used Hotmail or Yahoo Mail, you’ll need no instructions how to use Webmail! If you haven’t, it’s intuitive! What’s the difference between Horde & NeoMail? Well, we prefer the NeoMail interface, but Horde is better if you have to access multiple accounts and want to check your Spam account.
