How do I use MyMathTest as a Test Prep tool for students at any level?
Your department or college assessment department can set up a test preparation program for students at all levels from basic math through calculus. You can make MyMathTest available to students before they take the standardized placement test as part of your colleges entrance process. Placement programs could also be made available to students who need a resource to study for the math portion of standardized tests such as the GRE, MCAT, LSAT, or GMAT. Your department or testing specialist can set up programs with tests that model the national standardized assessment tests used at your campus (such as COMPASS, ACT, AccuPlacer, CPT, or THEA). Students self-select the appropriate placement test and then work on their own in their individualized Study Plan to improve their skills and understanding of concepts prior to taking their standardized placement test.
