Your non computer entertainment device, or PDA can be connected through either Ethernet or wireless. For wireless, please use the ‘resnet’ network ID just like you use for your laptop. In order to get your console registered onto the campus network, please follow one of the instruction sets below. They are divided by console: XBox, XBox 360, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP, and GameCube: • Go to the Self-Serve ResNet Registration Page and follow the steps in the Game Devices Section. If you wish to use your console on the Wireless network you must put in the wireless MAC address instead of the wired one when you get to that step. If you wish to register both of your MAC addresses you must repeat this process twice. NOTE: If your console fails to receive an IP Address, check to make sure that your IP Address and DNS settings are set to Automatic and that your PPOE settings are cleared.
