How do I use my Dr. Staceys TriggerTriangle™?
Dr. Stacey’s TriggerTriangles’ unique design focuses healing pressure on knotted muscles. Use it alone or to complement other massage techniques. Using any corner of the triangle, apply pressure to each sore or knotted point for 15-20 seconds or until the pain is relieved.
