To setup or update custom MX pointing to external IP address or external mail server, please use “MX Pointing” button of the control panel, and select setup/update option. MX pointing will cause external ISPs and servers to ignore the email forwarding settings in our server, as all emails for your domain will be directly routed by our DNS to the external mail server or IP you enter in the control panel.
