1. Log into your account using your SkyMiles number and PIN.2. Select the award you’d like to redeem for and choose to pay in all miles or with a combination of miles and money (some awards are only redeemable with miles). 3. Add the award to your Shopping Cart and complete the checkout process.4. Miles will be deducted at time of redemption.
