How do I use memtest.acs.org to test scripts and Web pages?
This test server has the same directory structure as the live server so your default directory is the same. The only difference is that Memtest has a separate script directory outside the default directory for testing purposes. It’s helpful to test your Web pages first before moving them over to the live server. You can also use the test server to give your scripts a trial run before putting them on the live server. The only difference between the two servers is that scripts will not run automatically on the live server. Scripts on the live server have to be launched manually by ACS staff, after they have been verified to function properly. There is an additional directory called “Scripts” underneath the Memtest root directory. This “Scripts” directory has the same structure on Memtest and the Membership server. For example, as a member of the Chicago Local Section you would have access to “/Memtest/C/Chicago” and “/Memtest/Scripts/C/Chicago” if you wanted to write scripts.
