How do I use Jobsters passive candidate search to find targeted candidates?
Searching our passive candidate database is simple: just type in the information you’re looking for in any of the available fields: Name, Title, Company, and/or Location. We’ll search our database of over 29 million names and return results that match your query. Each field that you complete behaves as a logical “and.” For example, to find Project Managers in Seattle, you would complete both the Title and Location fields; to find Senior Accountants at ACME Inc, you would complete both the Title and Company fields.
