InterActive Applicant is best used prior to first interviews. Its automated system allows you to view resumes, see and hear applicants before making decisions on first interviews. You can use the InterActive Applicant link created within your job posting to send applicants to your InterActive Applicant Employer account and position. InterActive Applicant collects all applications while you are doing other tasks and the applicants are recording their responses. When you are ready to review the applicants, you use the internet to login and see, hear, or read the responses to your questions. This more in-depth assessment allows you to make better screening decisions as to which InterActive Applicants should be interviewed in person or via telephone.
