How do I use Hormonegentic® products?
Take 6-8 drops or 2-3 sprays 1-3 times per day under the tongue 5 days a week.Skip 2 days a week so your body’s receptor sites can rest. Follow the directions on the bottle for each product. The best times to take Hormonegentic products are first thing in the morning, late afternoon (4-6 pm) and just before going to sleep. Even if you take them at other times, you can still receive great benefits. Some people like to take “theme” products such as the Dieter’s Formula with GH. If you are taking more than one Hormonegentic® HGH product, you may take them at the same time — just allow 15 seconds between products. Avoid food, drink (except water), toothpaste, chewing gum, coffee, mints, etc., 30 minutes before and after use to lessen the likelihood of interference with the homeopathic action.
