To setup or update custom FTP pointing to external IP address or external domain, please use “Web/IP Pointing” button of the control panel, and select setup/update option. You will then be able to enter the ftp server name or ftp server IP address and click the “Setup/Update Web Pointing” button to enable FTP pointing.
